Comprehensive Initial Evaluation

A 60-minute head-to-toe assessment that uncovers the root of your pain and maps out a custom treatment plan.

Treatment Session

30 or 60 minute follow up session that builds on the evaluation to help you reach your rehab goals.

Adjunct Treatment Modalities

Dry Needling

  • A technique using solid filament needles to release trigger points/muscle knots, lower tissue tension, increase blood flow/healing, and modulate the nervous system.

Cupping

  • A therapeutic technique using special cups on your skin to stimulate healing. Can function as a deep tissue massage, managing muscle tension, improve mobility.

Therapeutic Ultrasound

  • A physical therapy treatment that uses high-frequency sound waves to warm, loosen, and repair deep soft tissues.

Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization

  • Often referred to as IASTYM, a physical therapy treatment that uses specialized metal or composite hand-held tools to find and treat soft tissue restrictions, muscle tightness, and scar tissue

Manual Stretching

A hands-on therapeutic technique to improve muscle flexibility, joint mobility, and optimal movement patterns, and stability.

Pool Therapy

Also known as aquatic or water therapy, a form of physical rehab done in a warm-water pool

Remote Therapeutic Session

These are virtual wellness check ins that assist you through a tailored exercise regimen designed specially for you. Recording data from you (pain, discomfort, instability, etc) allows for detection of issues, timely modifications, and movement coaching based on your specific need.

Offered 2x per month (45 min each session) or 4x per month (30 min each session).

Kinesiotaping

A technique using elastic cotton or synthetic tape to stimulate healing, provide stability, and reduce pain without restricting movement. Can help support muscles and joints.

  • At this time, we are fully operating under a concierge model, which allows us to provide specialized 1 on 1 care at your location of choice, including home, gym, park, pool, etc. We service Lawrenceville, Grayson, Snellville, Loganville, and Dacula.

  • Locations requiring us to travel greater than 10 miles require an additional $40 charge
